BeaverTown Dead & Berried
Brewed in collaboration with Other Half. Have you woken up with bleary eyes, a sore head, aching joints and a deep yet inexplicable sense of regret? Then you need Dead and Berried! It may look just like freshly squeezed ruby grapefruit juice, smell a bit like ruby grapefruit juice intoxicatingly intermingled with the aroma of fresh tobacco, and taste a bit like ruby grapefruit juice, hints of tobacco, a raft of ripe raspberries, and just a pinch of chicory bitterness, but it’s actually beer and beer cures everything!

Pale Ale – 6.2% – 330ml
“A collaboration with San Diego brew wizards Modern Times, Andrew and Luke joined up with us a few weeks back to create a super sessionable modern style IPA. With this recipe we went heavy on the Rye malt to add body/flavour allied to low bitterness and a high finishing gravity to balance things out. As you might expect this was joined by some very generous hop dosing both in whirlpool and dry hop, using lots of good hops (none of the bad ones) to create this super crushable 4.5% session IPA with a deep hop flavour and spicy finish.” – Magic Rock Brewery

Mondo James Brown Ale
James’ Brown Ale is a modern brown ale from a team of brewers that we expect big things from over the next few months. There’s a definite nod to American brown ales with a generous but not overwhelming mix of Willamette and Liberty varietals. It is pale-chocolate brown in color with a creamy texture. This brown ale is a malty beer with just enough hop presence to keep it from being too sweet. The aroma also mostly comes from the malt with a hint of spiciness being added by the hops. Goes well with books and autumnal leaves.

A rich stout base with biscuity and dark fruit notes, with chocolate and cherry for traybake flavours, cola and marshmallow for a hint of Pick ‘n Mix and a big whack of lactose to make it all creamier than a Mr. Whippy.

Stewart Brewing First World Problems
Prominent flavours of mango, pineapple and orange zest meet peppery Belgian yeast in this 6.2% ABV Belgian IPA from Stewart Brewing in Edinburgh. The spicy, slightly sweet Belgian character is complemented and lifted by the fruity hops, giving First World Problems a fresh, zingy finish.
