Brewed in collaboration with our friends in Okutama, Japan weve created a new TFG. Its our signature thick, slick and salty gose recipe made up of a dose of oats, ale malt, salt and lactose this time infused with pure organic peach puree and brewed with cinnamon and brown sugar on the hot side. This time with Veteres guidance, weve tried a new souring technique which has brought through a much clearer and clean line of tartness to the TFG. Cut up some peaches into halves, remove the pit, place a knob of butter in the middle, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and bake for 12 minutes, top with cream and serve. Or have a glass of this instead.
