They say you should never meet your heroes but for our latest collab we not only met our heroes – Thornbridge – we brewed our dream beer with them: an 8% DIPA combining both our house yeast along with gargantuan amounts of Galaxy, Citra and BRU1. 
 
This DIPA was created in collaboration with legendary Peak District brewers Thornbridge using a combining of our house yeast strains along with copious quantities of Galaxy, Citra and BRU1 hops. The result is a surprisingly sessionable double exuding aromas of pineapple, passionfruit and heather honey.
