Shofferhoffer claim to be the first brewery to mix a Hefeweizen wheat beer with grapefruit juice and we are chuffed to bits that they decided to give it a go! In terms of food and drink based innovations it's defiantly up there with the person who first decided to toast bread. Unlike most raddler's this beer stays true to it's core style, the intense grapefruit never drowns out the classic bananary weissbier aroma.
