This is not as simple a story as Schneider Weisse making a Helles though. The Landbrauerei is a separate entity from Schneider Weisse, and has its own facility, fifty kilometers further down the Danube.


Schneider’s Bayrisch Hell is a Landbier – a beer that characterises the people and ingredients of the region - produced at Schneider’s Landbrauerei which featured ingredients coming from a very short distance from the brewery utilising established relationships between the brewery and local farmers. This is a pale gold helles lager that might just become a modern icon.
