Crew to battle stations! Captain on deck. Ridgeside are reminiscing back to early 2020 with one of our favourites in our dessert sour series with a 4.8% Lemon Curd sour. We even went one step further and dry-hopped this beauty with some lemondrop hops to really bring home the aromatics and sharpness of the lemon out. This gives way to a soft, creamy mouthfeel backed up with our well-known vanilla twist and a touch of sweetness. Make it SOur!
