A mixed culture cherry pie pastry sour conditioned on morello cherries, cinnamon, vanilla and almond.
Our second pastry sour, brewed after the success of our first fruit crumble sour made for our first anniversary. Once again expect this pastry sour to be Pastor-ified, our house culture has eaten through most of the sugar meaning a rich cherry and cinnamon beer up front falling into an acidic, dry finish. Thicker and smoother than our weisses thanks to the addition of oats.
