Our second pastry sour, brewed after the success of our first fruit crumble sour made for our first anniversary. Once again expect this pastry sour to be Pastor-ified, our house culture has eaten through most of the sugar meaning a rich cherry and cinnamon beer up front falling into an acidic, dry finish. Thicker and smoother than our weisses thanks to the addition of oats.
