Mühlen Kölsch has been brewed and filled by hand in the traditional way since 1858, in the original building of the Brewery zur Malzmühle at the Hay Market. Only natural, raw ingredients of the highest quality are used: barley malt and a small portion of wheat malt, high-quality aroma hops, spring water and yeast. The combination of ingredients and production using an old family recipe dating back to 1858 imparts a characteristically robust, malty, full-flavoured taste.
