DDH IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka & Mosaic

One of three special treats, shared with friends old & new, for our 11th birthday.

All three have been brewed using Best Ultra-Pale NP malt; a brand new product developed over the last year with our German maltster, BestMalz, that produces a rich texture that's creamy, fluffy & very very fancy.
Riwaka's intense citrus & pungent herbaceous character pair perfectly with the refined gooseberry from Nelson Sauvin with our hand-selected Mosaic Cryo brings a wealth of berry sweetness to the party.
