Brewed with locally grown barley, wheat and rolled oats and primary fermented with HG's mixed culture including a blend of Brettanomyces strains isolated from Belgian Lambic producers. Fermented for three months before refermenting and conditioning on 200g/l of Indian Alfonso Mangoes.
