This farmhouse table beer was fermented in French red wine barrels with wild yeast cultured from local apples, providing light funky notes and flavours of apple and pear. It is the first in a new series of farmhouse beers from our barrel programme and is designed to be low-ABV, light and thirst-quenching with a dry finish.
