Our winter special is a take on a Baltic Porter, a traditional beer from countries bordering the Baltic Sea. We started with a classic dark lager malt bill before adding honey and molasses during the fermentation. We waited patiently for six months of cold lagering, and the end result is a strong, dark, warming beer with complex flavours of toasted bread, raisins, and a long smooth finish.
