Harvest is a limited edition of beers brewed with hops the Beak team hand-selected at this year’s Yakima Chief harvest. Each beer highlights a specific hop while also showing how the hops work together in harmony.

Harvest #2 DDH IPA // 6.5%
A double dry-hopped IPA packed with punchy Citra and Citra Cryo, supported by Mosaic and Idaho 7. Bright bursts of lime and grapefruit lead into juicy tangerine, passionfruit and a subtle piney edge.
 
Harvest #3 DIPA // 8%
A double IPA loaded with Idaho 7 and Idaho 7 Cryo, bringing sweet pineapple character, backed up by Citra and Mosaic. Big tropical notes of pineapple and mango dominate, with layers of citrus peel, stone fruit and a gentle resinous finish.
